The Kunsthalle 8000 in Wädenswil was established in autumn 2020 by the Telos Foundation, which is committed to Swiss artists in a non-profit way.
In the converted premises of an old factory hall, positions of Swiss and international contemporary art are shown in changing solo and group exhibitions on an exhibition area of almost 400m2. The exhibitions include a wide variety of media, in addition to the classic art genres of painting, photography and sculpture, as well as spatial installations and performative events.
The Kunsthalle also shows the work of the art prize winners of the Swiss artists awarded by the Telos Foundation.
Admission to the exhibitions at Kunsthalle 8000 is free.
